Palmer Hill is private community which has over 115 townhouse units and three mid rise buildings which feature a green roof courtyard. Landscape Management Systems is currently doing all landscape installation, irrigation, and lawn installation and maintenance. In addition LMS is also constructing the green roof which features over 20,000 sq ft of rooftop gardens, patios and walkways. LMS maintains this site year round.
