Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof in 11104

On April 25th, Kevin Desmond had a look at the leaking roof and gave a clear detailed written proposal. He came by a few days later and did the work on the 29th. Mr. Desmond was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Before posting this, I waited till there was a bit of heavy rain to test out the job (today's May 5th) — no leaks now. Fine craftsmanship. I recommend him if efficiency is what you're after. Cheers.

Install Concrete Patios, Walks and Steps in 10464

Overall work seems satisfactory -- tho they tried to cut corners, like applying stucco without steel mesh or anchoring material. (That's not acceptable here in the northeast where freezing would shortly undermine the stucco.)
Stone mason used was very competent
This homeowner had to supply electric extension cords and powerwasher to contractor and his men.-Why?
