Very good service up front. Got a call from Roland Scotland a few minutes after I had logged my request through ServiceMagic.com and then got several calls to remind me about the appointment that we had made. Solutions provided to fix the heating problem I had was a bit more complex than I had expected -- hence more expensive -- but it worked well and in the end I am glad we went with it. Although they came in a bit later than we had agreed (but they explained that it had snowed the night before and they needed to clean the driveway before coming over), workers were courteous, competent, and did good and precise work, were careful not to create a mess, and even cleaned up when they were finished. I would recommend them highly.
