Overall work seems satisfactory -- tho they tried to cut corners, like applying stucco without steel mesh or anchoring material. (That's not acceptable here in the northeast where freezing would shortly undermine the stucco.)
Stone mason used was very competent
This homeowner had to supply electric extension cords and powerwasher to contractor and his men.-Why?

Workers arrived on time and got right to work. They were done in a timely manner and cleaned up any leftover trash. They did more work than was contracted for and did a very good job.

The man who did the work for us, Gerard Fitzgerald was courteous very good at getting back to us and keeping in touch. He was able to procure a replacement step (we needed a cement step repaired) and completed the work to our satisfaction. and very quickly. His work was guaranteed and advised if we had any problems with his work to contact him. I feel confident that he would stand by his work. If I need additional work in the future I will be sure to contact him. Thanks Service Magic for your recommendation.
