Repair a Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roof in 11204

We needed our old flat roof replaced. This involved removing several layers of old roofing and installing a new underlayment and a new roof. Our chimneys needed repointing and our small extension also needed a new roof. Paul did the masonry work and supervised the roofing. We found him to be a good listener, attentive to our concerns, and thorough. The job was completed in a timely fashion and an effort was made not to destroy the flowers in the front yard despite the need to remove substantial debris. There was a very good clean up. Paul also provided several pieces of very helpful advice about other construction projects we were working on.

Install Concrete Patios, Walks and Steps in 10464

Overall work seems satisfactory -- tho they tried to cut corners, like applying stucco without steel mesh or anchoring material. (That's not acceptable here in the northeast where freezing would shortly undermine the stucco.)
Stone mason used was very competent
This homeowner had to supply electric extension cords and powerwasher to contractor and his men.-Why?
