Very professional and knowledgable salesman, but sent lazy nincompoop to do the work. Workman tried to cut corners and get paid for less than what was agreed upon.

Overall work seems satisfactory -- tho they tried to cut corners, like applying stucco without steel mesh or anchoring material. (That's not acceptable here in the northeast where freezing would shortly undermine the stucco.)
Stone mason used was very competent
This homeowner had to supply electric extension cords and powerwasher to contractor and his men.-Why?

The contractor confirm the day before to come over to look at the project. He was there on time the day of the appointment. He was professional and able to answer my questions.
