Very neat and clean, flexible with unexpected repairs during jobs, and crew works hard and professional.
Only issue was on one occasion his guys didn't show up, on two occasions he was late for meeting with me and he was also the highest bidder but was more specific on estimate and contract.
If it wasn't for the above paragraph I would rate him very good.
He did what was expected and on two occasions he went out of his with unexpected repairs.
I've re-hired him to do another job.

Repair a Poured Concrete Wall in 10025
ERH (Al Rivera) was excellent. He came promptly, worked up a good design, worked with our insurance company to finalize scope. Estimate was clear and reasonable. But best of all is how his team completed the work! Very well, and on top, very considerate - they were working near our garden and didn't ruin the plants, and storing equipment in our living area - all neatly and with due respect. We are planning to use ERH for other projects in the future.

In May 2009 I hired Paul's Construction to repave a large section of our driveway. My first meeting with Paul was very impressive. He explained in detail what needed to be done and how he was going to do it. Next, he took me to see other driveways he has repaved. Then, he gave me a price I thought was very fair.
Paul and his crew arrived promptly on the day we agreed he'd begin the work. His crew was very efficient, competent and courteous. They finished the job on time and I'm very happy with the results. Paul is very professional, knowledgeable, patient and fair. I woulld use him again and recommend him highly.
