Considering it is NYC, the house call went relatively smoothly as far as scheduling. The faulty TV part was ordered and reinstalled within 48 hours. We were advised as to price and other options in advance. Millen is a knowledgeable and pleasant guy. All in all a satisfactory experience

We are still working on getting our item fixed due to our insurance company but I would recommend AAA Electronic Services to others. The service person who came to our home was very knowledgeable and took great care in working with our TV and stereo system. He explained to us clearly what the problem was and gave us various options in repairing the items.
